旅居美國多年的一對退休夫妻，隨著孩子成家、人生節奏放緩，決定回到台灣展開退休生活。曾是新竹科技人的他們，老家在台北，最終選擇落腳於新竹高鐵站步行五分鐘即可抵達的 URBAN 15°——正對 3 公頃水圳森林公園，搭高鐵往返台北同樣輕鬆，成為兼顧自然、便利與未來生活彈性的最佳解答。
因為旅居國外多年，他們對退休後的生活狀態想得很前面，包括健康、行動便利性，以及未來是否需要照護空間，這些都在一開始就被提出來討論。
A retired couple who had lived in the United States for many years returned to Taiwan to begin their retirement life after their children started their own families and they considered their future. Formerly tech workers in Hsinchu, their hometown is now Taipei. They ultimately chose URBAN 15°, a five-minute walk from the Hsinchu High Speed Rail station—directly opposite the Sichuan Water Park Forest.
The high-speed rail journey to and from Taipei is easy, offering the perfect balance of nature, convenience, and future lifestyle flexibility. Having lived abroad for many years, they were very forward-thinking about their retirement life, including health, mobility, and the need for future care facilities. These were all discussed from the outset.
